What’s new

Bumping up web app version to `v1.3.1` which now calculates movement speed based on time rather than window redraw event that varies across screens and usually is dynamic, thus noticeable.

Two Android-specific items addressed:

* #8 - remove not needed network/internet permission;
* #7 - implement immersive (full-screen) mode.
