Metiq plays high-quality colored noise — white, pink, brown and grey — binaural beats, and relaxing ambient sounds to help you focus, study, meditate, fall asleep, or block out the world with soothing background noise.

Colored noise • White noise — the classic, masks sudden sounds. • Pink noise — softer than white, great for sleep and reading. • Brown noise — deep and warm, good for focus and tinnitus relief. • Grey noise — perceptually flat, designed to feel even across the spectrum.

Ambient sounds • Sea waves, rain, fire crackling, birds chirping, café ambience, wind, crickets, and a water stream. • Start from a preset, or blend nature sounds into your own relaxing mix, set each level, and save it as a preset.

Binaural beats • Layer delta, theta, alpha, beta or gamma tones under any sound — headphones required. • Each band nudges a different mental state: deep sleep, meditation, relaxation, focus, alertness.

Features • Four colored noises, eight ambient sounds and five binaural bands, looped seamlessly. • Layer and mix ambient sounds, with quick presets and your own saved mixes. • Sleep timer with quick presets and custom hours/minutes/seconds. • Optional dynamic colors (Material You): the app takes its palette from your wallpaper (Android 12+). • Media-session integration: control playback from your lock screen, notification, or Bluetooth headset. • Works fully offline.
