F-Droid repository metadata
LocalCrop puts ~28,000 farms, farmers markets, CSAs, food hubs, and agritourism listings on an interactive map. All data comes from the USDA Local Food Directories, which is public domain.
Search by location, filter by type, and find what's near you. Tap a listing to see contact info, website, address, and a link to the vendor's USDA directory page.

Data is voluntarily reported to the USDA by market managers, farm representatives, and state agriculture agencies. LocalCrop links to vendor websites and phone numbers so you can verify details before visiting.
Built with MapLibre GL JS and OpenFreeMap tiles. Entirely open source under the AGPL-3.0 license.

How to install
- Download the APK from the button at the top of this page.
- Allow “Install unknown apps” for your browser or file manager only, not for every app.
- Open the downloaded file and confirm the installation.
- If installation fails with “App not installed,” remove an earlier build of the same app first. A signature conflict is the usual cause.
Data safety
- Every file is checked against its published SHA-256 before it is listed.
- Files are scanned for malware on every update.
- The permissions each app requests are listed on its own page.
- Read the full safety policy for how we test, flag, and delist files.
