An APP record must be approved in the native EmpireCMS index, marked Verified, and linked to a published detail page before it can enter a ranking.
Most popular
The Popular chart first respects a non-zero editorial priority. Entries with the same priority are ordered by cached heat score, cumulative downloads, page views, rating value, rating count, and publish time. Editorial priority defaults to zero and is not used by the other charts.
Recently updated
This chart uses the later of the native EmpireCMS publish time and last-modified time. It describes catalog recency, not the original developer release date.
Top rated
An entry needs at least 500 ratings. Eligible entries are ordered by rating value, rating count, cumulative downloads, and publish time.
Refresh and time windows
All ranking pages are generated as static HTML. They change when the custom page and custom information lists are refreshed. Cumulative values are never described as monthly or weekly totals, and day, week, or month ranking labels must come from independent snapshot tables.
Editorial safeguards
firsttitle, isgood, and istop retain their native hero, recommendation, and pinning meanings. They are not reused as ranking controls.
